4. Turnaround Time
Standard delivery time is typically 3–5 business days after full order details are received. Delays may occur if required information is not submitted promptly by the client.
5. Revisions Policy
We offer unlimited revisions for 30 days after the first draft is shared. Revision requests beyond this period may incur an additional charge.
6. Refund & Cancellation
Refunds are only eligible within 8 hours of order placement, provided no work has started. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.

All resumes are delivered in Word and PDF formats. Additional formats may be provided depending on the service tier chosen.
